    Quality control

    Natural raw materials need to be further refined to ensure that we can give our customers confidence in food safety. Upon receipt to the factory, raw materials undergo a variety of quality control review steps and laboratory tests, including: metal detection and removal of rare earth magnets, air separation, stone removal, fumigation, steam sterilization, gravity screen separation, professional laser sorting, X-ray inspection, foreign matter monitoring, zero oxygen treatment and infrared treatment. Our raw materials undergo a non-chemical deworming treatment process that uses ozone or ultraviolet sterilization to sterilize controlled heating environments to ensure that our finished products are manufactured from a clean and food safe point.

    Standard test

    All the ingredients we produce go through a rigorous testing process to ensure the quality of the ingredients we provide. Our standard product tests include: aerobic colony count, yeast and mold, coliform, E. coli, filthiness, heavy metals, illegal dyes, mycotoxins, pesticide residues, Salmonella, Staphylococcus, allergens (including gluten). Our physical tests include: adulteration analysis, bulk density/bulk index, color, defect analysis, moisture, sensory, sieve analysis, hydration and water activity.
